　　Reduce corners and cracks: in ISO class 5 clean rooms, the number of bacteria shall not exceed 0.1cfu per cubic foot, including the connection between walls and between walls and ceiling. For this problem, the common solution is to use an arc fillet on these connections. This requires that the equipment and accessories should also be smoothly integrated.

　　紫外線(xiàn)照射：在每次使用無(wú)菌室前進(jìn)行。紫外線(xiàn)有較好的殺菌效果。通常應開(kāi)啟紫外線(xiàn)燈照射30～60min。

　　Ultraviolet irradiation: before each use of the sterile room. Ultraviolet light has good bactericidal effect. Generally, the ultraviolet lamp shall be turned on for 30 ~ 60min.
